Back in 2005, Ash & I (Llinos) decided to start our own business, A & L Property Services.

We worked hard to build up a good portfolio of skills and clients (many of whom keep using our services time after time), we learn lots about what people like, how their budgets are always important to us and the quality of our workmanship is what counts! Coupled with a husband and wife team working so well together, from designing to fitting, we think we have a winning solution to your home improvement dreams.

We can do most things in and around your home:

kitchen installation, bathroom installation, plastering, plumbing, roofing, chimney sweeping, joinery, log stores.....the list is endless, put your idea to us and we'll be happy to see what we can come up with!

Our 3 children have grown up with Mam & Dad and their good work ethics and family values, this is why we relate so well to our clients and the value of 'home'.  It's important to you, it's vital to us!
